Due to concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to inform you of the measures we have taken to keep you, our employees, and the community safe.
First, our service professionals always ensure proper hygiene, including frequently washing their hands and wear appropriate protective gear such as gloves, shoe covers, and protective eyewear. We have reinforced with our service professionals the need to maintain proper hygiene and to clean their equipment.
Second, beginning immediately, your service professional will call you upon arrival at your home to let you know we have arrived. However, we will be suspending interior treatments until further notice. All previously scheduled interior treatments will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Should you have an emergency need for interior treatments or services, please let your service professional know and we will do what we can to assist you.
Third, service professionals and other employees who may be experiencing viral symptoms have been asked not to come to work. We have recently made significant investments in systems that allow many of our support staff to work remotely while still providing you with superior customer service.
Finally, we have a Task Force that is monitoring developments relating to COVID-19 to ensure that we are taking all necessary precautions. Should any of our processes or procedures need to be changed, we will notify you expeditiously.
